BEFORE YOU BOOK
What happens in a first online session?
The first online session is a conversation about what has brought you to Mind Harbour, what you would like to change, and whether this support fits your situation. You do not need a diagnosis or a finished plan before booking.
Start with what matters to you
You can describe a relationship difficulty, low mood, stress, alcohol or drug use, recovery, or several pressures that overlap. You can also say that you are unsure where to begin. The conversation can start there.
Mind Harbour will ask enough about your circumstances and goals to discuss what kind of support could be useful. You can ask about the approach, confidentiality, fees, and what ongoing sessions would involve.
Decide on the next step together
The assessment is also a chance to decide whether the service is right for you. If another service is more appropriate, Mind Harbour will say so. There is no need to commit to ongoing sessions before you have had the first conversation.
The initial assessment costs £20. Ongoing sessions cost £40 each. Mind Harbour offers private one-to-one online appointments for adults and is based in the UK.
This page describes Mind Harbour's service. It does not replace individual medical advice or an assessment by an appropriate clinician.
